Small Army is looking for a rock star Senior Digital Producer with at least six years agency experience to join our team.


  • Manage and assist in the development of high-level content, design standards, information architecture and interface, web-client standards, web-based database access resources, content management systems and related procedures and documentation
  • Consult with team leads, art directors, account teams and clients to determine digital strategy for projects
  • Establish staffing requirements, timelines, and budgets for interactive engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency of project execution
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure group is meeting deadlines and budget expectations
  • Contribute to new business efforts: providing key digital strategies and insights
  • Support establishment of agency-wide best practices in digital/creative
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, including ongoing dialogue regarding evolving technology needs
  • Collaborate closely with development team in developing project plans, including accurate budgets and project schedules
  • Work closely with development team in producing and implementing QA plans for final deliverables to ensure requested and delivered feature sets match sets match original requirements

What You Need

  • Desired Skills and Experience


    • Minimum six years of digital production experience at an agency
    • Outstanding knowledge of project management principles, processes and software
    • A solid understanding of the full life-cycle of web/application initiatives
    • Experience with information architecture (IA), user experience (UX) and wireframe development
    • Experience in writing functional specifications and project documentation
    • Experience in developing quality assurance plans and managing QA
    • Experience in working with outside vendors and partners to produce high quality work within budget
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills



    • Experience managing SEO, SEM campaigns
    • Solid understanding of Web/Social Analytics


    Technical Skills and/or Proficiency:

    • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Working knowledge of MS Project and Excel
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Basic proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite applications
    • Working knowledge and experience with Google Adwords
    • Experience testing across multiple browsers and operating systems (Firefox, safari, Chrome, Explorer IOS, OSX, Android and Windows)
