What You Need

  • Lead the development of ground breaking creative concepts across all channels that reflect the agreed upon strategy, deliver on the moral and are on tone for the brand’s personality.
  • Lead, teach and mentor the creative teams by being a living example of positivity, compassion, forward thinking, kindness, curiosity and creativity.

strategy analyst

Description

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst who lives for research and uncovering data-driven insights. As part of the strategy team, you are an integral part of Small Army working cross-departmentally to help inform our strategies and inspire our creative.

This role will include work in brand monitoring, competitive research, social media analytics, social listening, and consumer journey/insight development. You should be familiar with examining campaign and site analytics, synthesizing syndicated research, and utilizing consumer insight tools.

 

 

What You Need

Rather than expecting our talent to be clearly defined with a list of qualifications, we look at a person's unique individuality and experience to help define the role. But here is a quick overview of what some of what we expect from this role:

 

  • 3-6 years working in a research or analyst position at an advertising or PR agency
  • Able to research clients' industries, their competitors, and emerging industry and cultural changes, to provide thought leadership on areas of opportunity.
  • A passion for diving deep into audience research to provide insights on behaviors, trends, interests, and where they are most apt to listen.
  • Presents strategies that answer client's business goals, are at times unexpected and provide creative opportunity.
  • Familiarity with research and data tools. We expect you to introduce new ones to us and have some experience with a few of the following: SEM Rush, Crimson Hexagon, Spotright, GA, Wonder, Statista, REV, Infegy, BuzzSumo, Demographics Pro, Global Web Index, NPS, Google Data Studio.

Description

We are looking for a Digital Producer to partner with our Production Director.

As a Digital Producer, you will be assigned to various pieces of business and be responsible for one or more interactive projects-assuring the quality of the product, keeping the project on time, on budget, and on strategy--from concepting, build to delivery, and assuring adherence to our development process. The Digital Producer is responsible for the daily management of projects from inception to completion, scheduling the project team, assigning tasks, adhering to budget and timelines.

Additional responsibilities include:

-  Partners with the Senior Director of Digital and relationship managers to obtain necessary project information (due dates, budget, scope, success metrics, project requirements, etc.)

-  Managing the development and production of interactive marketing and website projects via accurate project planning, change tracking, budget tracking, and regular production status reporting.

-  Manages execution of work on assigned projects, holding team members accountable to the delivery of assigned work, maintaining project SOPs, and adhering to quality control practices

-  Acting as liaison between creative, technical, relationship managers, and other internal groups.

-  Keeping production projects on track and on time, overseeing internal and external resources.

-  Finding solutions to technical or scheduling challenges and delivering them on time & on budget.

-  Ensure all assets meet content and legal approvals

-  Manages creative freelancers and external vendors; updates preferred vendor list

-  Uses Basecamp and Bugherd to manage and document work/bug status

-  Supports the agency with ideas on process refinement/improvement

What You Need

-  A solid understanding and dedication to the interactive medium, including UX, AI, development, design, user functionality and client functionality requirements

-  Knowledge of website design, launches, ongoing management

-  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

-  Solid knowledge of online services, technology, and platforms, such as WordPress, Basecamp and BugHerd

-  Coding and Photoshop knowledge is not required, but helpful

-  Experience producing and maintaining project plans, Gantt charts and top-level schedules

-  Strong QA skills, from content to functionality to final deliverables

Description

Small Army is looking for a Digital Planner to join our troops in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role you'll report directly to the Media Director and support execution and measurement for all media efforts. You will own your plans, reports, and recommendations - seeing campaigns from start to finish. You will continue to hone your digital skills as well as have the opportunity for traditional media planning and buying.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in development of integrated marketing plans and strategies
  • End-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI
  • Execute a wide variety of core digital marketing tactics including SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and display & video
