Small Army is looking for a rock star Integrated Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of agency experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates communication between departments to ensure all parties are aligned.
- Establish staffing requirements, timelines, and budgets for interactive engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency of project execution.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure group is meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
- Ensure that the team members have the information they need to be successful in their work
- Monitor project budget, hours, and cost actualization.
- Mitigate risk by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developing possible solutions with appropriate input and collaboration.
- Communicate project updates to team.
- Contribute to new business efforts.
- Collaborate closely with development team in developing project plans, including accurate budgets and project schedules.
- Support the agency with idea on process refinement/improvement.
What You Need
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of production experience at an agency, with a strong concentration in digital.
- Outstanding knowledge of project management principles, processes and software in multiple disciplines, i.e. websites, print, display, ooh, etc. with an emphasis in digital work.
- A solid understanding of the full life-cycle of web/application initiatives.
- Experience in mentoring and/or managing junior team members.
- Experience in working with outside vendors and partners to produce high quality work within budget.
- Prior experience in a mentor or management type role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Technical Skills and/or Proficiency:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of MS Project and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Basic proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Working knowledge and experience with Google Adwords.
- Experience testing across multiple browsers and operating systems (Firefox, safari, Chrome, Explorer IOS, OSX, Android and Windows).

Candidates must possess a can-do attitude and be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. A strong understanding of video editing tools (at least one of these apps: FCP7, FCPX, Premiere. Bonus points for knowing Photoshop and AfterEffects) and the Mac operating system is necessary for the intern position.
